ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, high‑volume sales periods, or holidays.
Order processing time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship using reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL (international orders).
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $50 are charged shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
All shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order has shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after carrier scan.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported where carrier services allow.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
WSA is not responsible for delays, refusals, or seizures caused by customs authorities.
International shipments refused or unclaimed are not eligible for refunds.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unclaimed deliveries will require additional reshipping fees.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
WSA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Missing package claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
RETURNS & SHIPPING CROSSOVER CLAUSE
Approved returns are subject to the Return Policy.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
If free shipping was applied and the order is returned, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WSA is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs issues, or stolen packages.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).
